Fire Your Fitness Coach

fire this person right NOW

You need to get them out of your life ASAP

No it’s not your boss, your mother-in-law, or
even your significant other.

Nope it’s is your fitness coach.

Who would that fitness coach be?

I have been pondering this for quite some
time.

Why do so many people think that they have
to coach themselves out of their fitness or
weight loss jam.

Seems like they are punishing themselves
because of the ‘mess’ they have gotten into.

‘so doggone it they sure as heck better get themselves
out of what they got into’


Kind of weird to me but oh well?

Now you may think I am being self
serving here ‘tooting my own horn’
and while more clients are always
great for business there is no way
I could or would even want to work with
all the people that read this

Here’s something to think about
you use professionals to fix a lot of other
things in your life.

n Plumbers
n Glass guys
n Investment bankers
n Exterminators
n Electricians
n Clean ladies

Yet you insist upon ‘fixing fitness’
yourself

Most would deem the above professionals a
necessity and place having a fitness
coach as a luxury.

Really, that’s where you place your health
and fitness below that of the ‘plumber’s crack’

Interesting when you say it out loud
isn’t it.

While money can be an issue; it’s really an
excuse we all find money to spend on what
we want to spend it on.

Plus, with so many different options
available for ‘coaching’ there really is no
excuse not to have it.

Heck most of the really good fitness coaches
that I know give away more top quality material
than you would ever need.

Myself included the trick to getting all the

the videos that the coach you choose puts out.

If you do this one simple thing you can have

I am Going To Snoop Around Her House

So my wife and I are going
out to dinner party/networking
event Saturday night.

It will be our first night of
leaving Piper with someone
else.

While going it out will be
fun the real fun will be
when I snoop around our
host's house a little bit and see
if there is any dust collecting
on her dumbbells and stability
ball.

Yeah know if I took the
'white glove' test to most
people's exercise equipment
they would fail miserably.

It just so happens that host
of our party worked out in using
my 30 minute workouts
and lost 25lbs like lightening
fast.

So while I maybe being a bit
nosey I want to make sure
she is doing her part to keep
